Delivery area
We currently deliver within Ahmedabad and nearby serviceable areas. Deliveries are fulfilled through our local delivery partner. If your location is outside our serviceable range, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
Delivery charges
Delivery is fulfilled through our local delivery partner (Porter) and charged at actuals — the actual delivery cost depends on the distance to the delivery address. As the exact charge is determined when the delivery is booked, our team confirms the delivery charge with you after your order is placed. The amount you pay upfront on the website covers the products in your order.
Same-day & scheduled delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered the same day, or schedule it for a future date that suits you — simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Fresh flowers are arranged on the day of delivery to ensure they reach you in the best condition. In rare cases of high demand, traffic, or weather, slight delays may occur and we will keep you informed.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its status in real time on the order tracking page using the link shared with your order confirmation.
Failed delivery
If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incomplete or incorrect, our team will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Re-delivery may attract an additional charge.
