Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we work with fresh, perishable flowers, this policy explains when orders can be cancelled and how refunds or replacements are handled.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. As arrangements are prepared fresh on the day of delivery, cancellations made after this window may not be possible or may be eligible only for a partial refund. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days, after which your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We take great care with every arrangement. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund after reviewing the issue.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not be available where delivery failed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, or cancellation requested after the arrangement has already been prepared or dispatched.
